Administration / Accounts Assistant
Microworld design, install, support & maintain varied client infrastructure and provide sound advice on a range of IT solutions. They are looking for an Apprentice to complement their team and provide support to the Administration and Accounts functions.
The succesful candidate will be responsible for:
Answering inbound calls
Sales admin tasks requiring use of office suite (word, excel & outlook)
Data entering to produce documentation and maintain internal databases.
Purchase invoice processing
Supplier statement reconciliation
Other accounting tasks
Use of Sage 50 to maintain records
This is a role that would suit a college leaver or someone who has completed a level 2 Apprenticeship and looking to develop their career. You will be supported to develop in your role and complete your apprenticeship.
