CPD Online College are looking for an enthusiastic new Business Administrator to help with the production of our courses and online knowledge base. The role will require a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow strict production workflows. No technical knowledge is required and full training is provided for the role. 

Responsibilities

Using our online platform, you would be tasked with uploading course materials as well as correctly formatting these and ensuring the correct settings are applied. Images and the look of the course would be your responsibility so the ability to ensure the highest levels of quality is required. You will also be required to check over old courses to ensure layout is suitable and update any content. Other requirements would include adding blogs and posts to our website and again checking the layouts, style and settings of each. Confidence in outreach and the ability to work with freelance writers is a must as we regularly team with other companies and individuals to create content.

A full list of responsibilities includes:

  • Posting completed blog posts on to our website and checking all content and settings
  • Uploading course materials and formatting these fully
  • Checking the quality of all published materials and making alterations as required
  • Organisation of materials being published and working with writers
  • Reaching out to other businesses to collaborate on content
  • Work on blog specifications to send to writers
  • Conducting research to ensure that blog posts written are highly searched and relevant
