Looking to start your career within the property and mortgage industry? Richard Kendall Estate Agents are looking for an Apprentice to join their mortgages team, assisting with all aspects of customer care and administration.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Assisting mortgage advisors with all aspects of customer care
  • Dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone, face to face and via email
  • Arranging appointments and diary management
  • Assisting the mortgage advisors with document production and marketing

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Upon successful completion, you will achieve a Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.

Training will take place both on and off the job.

You will attend online remote sessions with your NBC tutor on a fortnightly basis. Day release into the centre in Huddersfield is a possibility for candidates who are able to travel.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progression on to a level 3 apprenticeship (Customer Service Specialist / Business Administrator) is an option for the successful candidate.
