Based on Milner Way is Ossett, we are a leading producer of printed point of sale material.  With an enviable blue chip client base made up of high-profile retailers and brands, our aim is to provide a complete service to the client, not available from any competitors.

We are now looking to provide a new and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to gain experience within the print industry.

Our Apprentice will shadow and work alongside our Fulfilment team.  Reporting directly to the Fulfilment Manager, full on the job training will be provided as well as any courses seen to be relevant to this post.

Key Objectives:

  • Following guidelines set to achieve the Apprenticeship Standard by carrying out the required course work required with on-the-job training and off-the-job training.
  • Gain a full understanding of all administrative duties related to our Fulfilment processes.
  • Perform all helpdesk & administrative tasks relating to Fulfilment operations whilst ensuring that all documentation is produced efficiently and accurately.

The apprenticeship which will take a minimum of 12 months to complete will be delivered by National Business College (NBC) who are an independent training Provider and who have been delivering apprenticeships for over 35 years, specialising in Customer Services, Business Administration, Team Leading and Management.

 You will study:

  • Customer Service Practitioner – (Level 2) During your course, your will learn:

Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and Maths and to have taken level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.

Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.  On successful completion of Level 2, you can move on to study Level 3 apprenticeships, such as Customer Service Specialist and Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

Pay:
£4.81 per hour increasing to £5.29 per after a successful 3-month review.    Increasing in line with the NMW after the first year of study is complete.
