Renowned for quality, innovation and excellent customer service, the company is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join its administration team as an Administration & Accounts Apprentice.
Working within a successful family-run business, you will gain valuable hands-on experience across administration, finance and customer service while studying towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Administration Team, you will work closely with the Financial Controller and support a variety of key business functions, including:
✅ Vehicle invoicing and administration
✅ Vehicle taxing and associated documentation
✅ Processing and reconciling company credit card statements
✅ Posting and processing fuel card transactions (Allstar Fuel)
✅ Purchase ledger administration
✅ Assisting with credit control activities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum of GCSE maths grade 7
- Good organisational skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
