Apprentice of the Month

Each month, our Apprenticeship Employers and Trainers at NBC nominate for the Apprentice of the Month award. The nominations could be down to an outstanding piece of work, clear professional or personal growth while on their Apprenticeship Journey or for any other stand out reason! We look for the impact the individual is having within the organisation and that they are fully up to date with their assignments and participate in class, being a role model for other Apprentices.

Staff then get the chance to vote for the nominees and then a winner is announced. The winning apprentice then receives shopping vouchers as recognition for their hard work and dedication.
