We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Operations Assistant, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Operations Team, you will support a range of key business functions, including:
✅ Assisting with stock ordering, bookings and monthly stock takes
✅ Supporting production planning activities and maintaining production paperwork
✅ Preparing labels and assisting with cutting optimisation processes
✅ Communicating with customers, suppliers and transport providers
✅ Coordinating transport administration and delivery schedules
✅ Making delivery call-offs and arranging courier bookings
✅ Processing CRM invoicing and maintaining accurate records
✅ Scanning and filing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
✅ Providing general administrative support across the Operations department
✅ Assisting with day-to-day tasks that support the smooth running of the business

No previous experience is required as full training and support will be provided.

Working Hours
📅 Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm
📅 Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
