Robbie was our apprentice of the month in August 2023 and was unanimously voted as our apprentice of the year for 2023!
Every month we have an Apprentice of the Month, someone who has portrayed our values and made a positive impact at work. At the end of each year we look at each of the nominees for the year and select an overall winner.
For 2023 our overall winner was Robbie Monkman from QBC Agency in Huddersfield! It was a unanimous decision, everyone was really impressed by Robbie’s commitment and development whilst on his apprenticeship. Robbie struggled at times, but came in for extra support and worked really hard to gain a Distinction in his EPA.
