Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients both in person and over the telephone.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and direct patients to the most appropriate service.
- Accurately record patient information and update medical records.
- Support the practice team with a variety of administrative duties.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist patients with appointments, enquiries, and accessing healthcare services.
