We’re looking for a highly motivated Apprentice to join our team as an Auction Sales Negotiator/Administrator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Pontefract. In this role you will learn all about generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and agreeing sales!

Annual wage £14,722.50 a year

HoursMonday- Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, with Saturday shift on a rota basis.

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist with incoming calls and make outbound calls
  • Book viewings
  • Support the team by providing administrative support
  • Preferably a passion for sales
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems and social media platforms is especially important)
  • Creating sales particulars

Training

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

  • You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship, including Functional Skills if required, which will be delivered via fortnightly day release at National Business College in Huddersfield or via Teams
