What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will play an important role in supporting the sales team and ensuring customers receive excellent service. Responsibilities include:

Handling customer queries via telephone and email
Responding to customer emails professionally and efficiently
Processing daily order entries using Sage
Transferring and updating data across business systems
Conducting quality checks on data entered by the team
Supporting the wider sales and customer service function as required
