About the Apprenticeship

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to begin their career in a professional office environment.

As a Business Support Apprentice, you will become an important part of our Operations and Business Support team, gaining valuable experience across a range of business functions. You will develop essential administration, customer service and organisational skills whilst working towards a recognised qualification.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has excellent communication skills and is eager to learn and develop within a growing organisation.

What You Will Be Doing

Your duties will include:

  • Managing and directing incoming telephone calls through the company switchboard
  • Greeting visitors and creating a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience
  • Supporting day-to-day office administration and housekeeping duties
  • Assisting with diary management and meeting room coordination
  • Maintaining and updating client records within our CRM system
  • Providing administrative support to various departments across the business
  • Assisting with the organisation and delivery of company events
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
  • Supporting colleagues with general office tasks and projects
  • Ensuring clients receive a consistently high level of customer service and support
