Apprentice Care Navigator – Lindley Group Practice

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and friendly individual to join Lindley Group Practice as a Care Navigator Apprentice. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring every patient receives a professional, welcoming, and positive experience.

Working as part of a busy and supportive healthcare team, you will develop valuable administration, customer service, and communication skills while gaining hands-on experience within a GP practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients both in person and over the telephone.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and direct patients to the most appropriate healthcare service.
• Accurately record patient information and update clinical systems in line with practice procedures.
• Support the practice team with a variety of administrative duties.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Assist patients with appointments, enquiries, and accessing healthcare services.
• Signpost patients to appropriate services and healthcare professionals based on their needs.
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
