Customer Service Apprentice
We are looking for Sales/Customer Service Administrators for our busy sales department. Highgrove Beds offers its employees a highly competitive salary, job development and a supportive environment to develop your skills and knowledge.
What will the apprentice be doing?
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will learn all about working in a busy sales department.
- Dealing with customer queries
- Responding to customers emails
- Daily data entry of orders via sage
- Transferring data from one source to another
- Quality checking data entered by the team
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will work towards a Customer Service Practitioner level 2 and functional skills maths and English if required.
You will attend day release sessions at National Business College in Huddersfield, one day per fortnight.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work towards a Business Administrator level 3 or Customer Service Specialist level 3 depending on job role.
