An opportunity has arisen to join an established and well respected Estate Agency as Customer Support Apprentice. This opportunity is within their Normanton branch!
Richard Kendall has been an Estate Agent in the Wakefield area for over 45 years, in fact he started in 1969 at the age of 22 with a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Auctioneers, starting his agency career as a trainee property sales negotiator.

Typical day to day duties include:

Preparing letters for pre and post valuation purposes

Preparing valuation packs for the valuer for both sales and rental markets

Ensuring all documentation in the show room and window display is up to date

Updating the brochures with price reductions, withdrawn properties and sold properties

Fling, scanning and photocopying documents for other members of staff

Preparing and taking post

Ordering stationery
Working week
Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm
Wage
£6.40 per hour
