You’ll work with our Corporate Sales Team to identify and update prospective new clients. You will be using a mix of different systems and websites to gather data, as well as work with other team members across the business. It’s an office based role but you will be working with colleagues who are based in the UK and across the Middle East. 

During the week your primary duties will be: 

  • Processing sales leads gathered throughout the business
  • Updating the company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with new information
  • Finding additional contacts for the company to market its services it
  • Updating existing records when changes happen

The training you will be getting

At the end of your apprenticeship you will achieve a Level 3 qualification in Business and administration. Your formal training will take place in Huddersfield for a full day every 2 weeks. Functional Skills in English and maths may be available if required.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Once qualified, it is likely that this apprenticeship would lead to a permanent position with the company as part of the Corporate Sales team. Potential roles would include becoming a Sales Support Officer or Business Development Manager.
