National Business College are able to support you with the recruitment of a new apprentice to your team.We offer a free recruit, match and select service to ensure we assist you to find the right apprentice for your company. After initial discussions about the job role and your requirements we will ask you to provide us with a summary of what the job entails, the typical day to day duties and any specific skills or interests that the apprentice should have.
The vacancy will then be advertised on your behalf on the National Apprenticeship Service Website, on our own social media and website pages and with the appropriate careers services. Once we have received applicants we will conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates. We will then arrange interviews with yourself so that you can make the final decision.
